Yoga
Mission/Purpose:
To provide students and faculty instruction and practice in Yoga. A certified
instructor will lead this beginning/intermediate level class. Yoga promotes well being and stress
reduction through muscle strengthening, deep breathing, and improving balance and flexibility. Bring
a mat or towel, comfortable clothing and a willing spirit.
Meeting Dates and Times:
Every Monday (Begins Sept. 12) 4:15-5:30 p.m. Sept: 12, 19, 27; Oct: 17,
24, 31; Nov: 7, 14, 28; Dec: 5, 12; Jan: 9, 23, 30; Feb: 6, 13; Mar: 5, 19, 26; Apr: 9, 16, 23, 30; May: 7,
14, 21
Location of Meetings: Multipurpose Room (behind the Gym)
Dues/Donation: Free of charge for students, faculty members are requested to pay a $3.00 fee per
session

Any monetary donations would go to this and would be greatly appreciated! We also need Yoga
